Employee Orientation Acknowledgment – Required

Employees are required to review the entire Employee Orientation Manual before completing the acknowledgment.

The acknowledgment page included within the manual is for reference only and is not submitted.

To complete orientation, employees must sign the official Employee Orientation Acknowledgment provided on this page. Completion of the acknowledgment confirms that the manual has been reviewed in full and understood.

Orientation is not considered complete until the acknowledgment has been signed and submitted.
